Our client have always had a resource guide for pub managers to guide them through the day-to-day marketing of their pubs at a local level.
The issue was that it was considerably outdated, wasn’t relevant to the current brand values and didn’t provide any real help on social media or review aggregating websites – now an essential part of a good reputation in the hospitality industry.
The brief from our client was simple:
‘Please update the marketing toolkit, adding and updating information as necessary, and make it look beautiful.’
So we did!
We developed a clean look & feel with clear sections to communicate essential help & guidance quickly & easily to the time-poor managers. We re-wrote many sections, and created new ones for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the all-important TripAdvisor.
